Getting Support

As a client you have access to our Client Portal where you will be able to submit trouble tickets, view/continue your existing support tickets, as well as finding announcements, downloads and knowledge base.

Online Remote Support

To receive online remote support, where you give us temporary access to your computer so we can troubleshoot the issue you are having, please open a support trouble ticket first through our Client Portal. We will then schedule a time for accessing your computer and correcting the issue you are having.

If you are currently on the phone with a tech support and are about to begin a remote support session, please enter the password given to you over the phone at the bottom of the page and press START.

You will be prompted to download or run a small executable. Please pick RUN. When asked to confirm click on YES. After the program begins you will be given further instructions by Tech Support.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You are granting Tech Support to access your computer for the length of the support session, please close any programs or pages you DO NOT wish to share with Tech Support prior to starting the session. You are in control of the remote connection at all times and you may end it at any time by Stopping and Closing the program. NOTHING will be installed on your computer and Tech Support will NOT have access to your computer once the session has closed.
